The ANO-sorter is the standard equipment for in-sorting in the photo finishing industry. The interface has been sorting reliably for years according to the most stringent criteria, metal and barcodes. The new media are unfortunately not recognized.

The CD and Chip recognition is the solution for the existing ANO interface. With help from the new and highly sensitive sensors, the contents of the photo pockets, CDs or storage media can be recognized.

This recognition is only the first step. The board is easily installed into the existing ANO interface; therefore the transmission of the recognized contents can be successfully accomplished transparent by loop-in to the barcode scanner. This means that per content, a two digit “additional barcode” is generated, which is recognized and evaluated by the Triordersoftware.

The installment into an existing interface is simple and takes approximately two days. Two additional sensors and three light barriers are installed into the trailer. In the feeder, a light barrier is additionally installed. Apart from that, only the adjustment of the sorting file to the new codes is required. The real electronics of the machine are not interfered with.

For required adjustments of the software, the local motherboards are updatable through software.

The system achieves a 99.99% sorting.
